This maintenance service covers 32 global sites, over 560 server storage devices, nearly 1,500 virtual machines, involving over 50 applications, 750 core systems, and meets the customer's requirement for uninterrupted business operations. U-PC provided 7*24 on-site technical services.
Solution
- Conduct technical preparation for core equipment, including but not limited to: HP, IBM, Dell, Fujitsu, Sun, NetApp, Lenovo, MC Data, etc., including 82 core key equipment such as minicomputers, storage, blades, etc.
- Technical personnel and spare parts preparation
- Divide technical teams into groups according to moving-out and moving-in areas: teams do not interfere with each other and each performs its duties
- Reserve a professional team to solve problems before and after relocation without affecting the overall relocation progress
