Customer Benefits

Case Background
According to the overall construction and operation planning requirements of the user information system, in order to support the information services of various sites distributed across the country, in order to enable the user-related information systems to support applications more stably and efficiently, the infrastructure and production systems need to be regularly patched and reinforced. The enterprise environment is relatively complex, with a pure intranet system. While patches are needed, production stability and data security must also be considered. Therefore, a comprehensive solution and a long-term service team are needed.
Demand Analysis
Solution Introduction
- Microsoft will regularly release patches around the 10th of each month. The patches will be refreshed on the WSUS server in the POC environment, and the patches that need to be updated will be pushed to the server in the POC environment for update testing to see if they can be updated normally.
- After all patches are successfully updated in the POC environment, the patch-related files are exported to a mobile hard drive through WSUS and scanned for viruses to ensure the safety of the exported data.
- Import the data from the mobile hard drive into the WSUS server of the customer's production environment, update the DR environment first, and if there is no problem updating the DR environment patch, finally update the Server patch of the production environment.
