Job Duties:
1. Communicate deeply with clients to fully understand their business structure and operation model, accurately identify pain points, requirements, and potential risks in the aspect of information security, especially in the areas of security planning and managed security services.
2. Based on the actual situation of the clients and industry compliance standards, customize an integrated information security solution covering multiple domains such as network security, data security, and application security. This solution should include a detailed security construction roadmap, clearly define the goals, implementation steps, and expected effects at each stage, ensuring that the solution complies with national laws and regulations and industry supervision requirements, such as ISO/IEC 27001:2022, MLPS 2.0 etc.
3. Be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support during the pre-sales stage, vividly explain the solution, demonstrate the products, and focus on showcasing the feasibility of the security construction plan and the advantages and value of the managed security service.
4. Deeply participate in the bidding process, write high-quality and targeted bidding documents, highlighting the company's technical strength, successful cases, and service guarantee capabilities in information security integration and managed security services.
5. Collaborate closely with the operation and after-sales teams to ensure that the provided information security construction solutions and security hosting services have high feasibility and implementability, and guarantee the smooth progress and delivery of the project.
6. Provide professional assessment and optimization suggestions for the client's existing information security system, helping the client continuously improve the security protection level, complete the security construction results, and ensure the long-term effectiveness of the managed security service.
7. Track changes in compliance policies and regulations in the field of information security, promptly adjust the company's pre-sales plans and service strategies, and provide forward-looking guidance and suggestions on compliance for the client.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in information security, computer science, or related fields.
2. 3-5 years of experience in information security sales, familiar with the industry dynamics, mainstream technologies and market trends, especially having a comprehensive understanding of security construction methodologies, security hosting service models, and compliance requirements.
3. Candidates with relevant information security certifications such as CISSP or CISA will be given priority consideration.
4. Proficient in the operation and configuration of at least one mainstream SIEM platform, capable of conducting data analysis based on the SIEM platform, familiar with the integration methods of the SIEM platform with other security tools (such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, etc.), and able to independently build an integrated security monitoring and analysis system.
5. Excellent communication and expression skills, able to clearly and accurately explain complex security construction concepts, details of managed security services, and compliance points to customers, and promptly adjust communication strategies based on customer feedback.
6. Strong document writing skills, capable of independently completing the writing of solutions, bid documents, security construction planning reports, security hosting service manuals, and compliance reports, etc.
7. Experienced in security project construction, familiar with common security hosting service processes and management mechanisms, and having practical implementation experience with various compliance standards.
