Customer Requirement
This maintenance service covers 32 global sites, over 560 server storage devices, nearly 1,500 virtual machines, involving over 50 applications, 750 core systems, and meets the customer's requirement for uninterrupted business operations. U-PC provided 7*24 on-site technical services.
Solution
Core equipment:
- Plan and deploy uninterrupted disaster recovery solutions to ensure that customers' core applications are not interrupted by equipment failures and environmental impacts.
- Work with customers to investigate equipment, core applications, and minimum downtime
- Design disaster recovery solutions, including hardware backup solutions and uninterrupted fault recovery solutions for core applications
Non-core equipment:
- Assist customers in planning and deploying OS+ non-core application redundancy to ensure that customers' non-core applications can provide external services within 4 hours
- Work with customers to investigate equipment, non-core applications, and minimize downtime
- Design disaster recovery solutions for OS + non-core applications, including hardware backup solutions and failover solutions for non-core applications
