A leading global digital payment service provider, founded in 2011 and headquartered in Beijing, China, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of an international payment giant in China. To meet business development and security requirements, the existing F5 hardware needed to be replaced and upgraded. The solution needed to complete the replacement without interrupting business, ensuring zero interruption to core businesses such as transaction processing and cross-border payments. Intelligent configuration migration tools were used to reduce manual operational errors and shorten the replacement cycle.
Solution
- The original F5 R2800 5800 was replaced and upgraded with the I2800 5800 7800 series, totaling 50 units;
- Upgrade and enable the AWAF module, using the F5 signature library to implement BOT protection and L7 DDOS, further improving security;
- Develop a rigorous replacement plan to ensure smooth business upgrades;
